We may use information where necessary for our legitimate business interests, including running and protecting our business, keeping appropriate records, preventing fraud, handling customer queries and establishing or defending legal claims, provided those interests do not override your data-protection rights.
Where consent is the appropriate lawful basis, such as certain forms of marketing or agreed use of photographs for promotional purposes, you may withdraw that consent at any time.

Photographs in which an individual can be identified may constitute personal information.
